NEW CROCS STORE OPENS IN MUMBAI-CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI’S TERMINAL 2

Share

Crocs has opened its first Indian travel retail store in Mumbai-Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport’s Terminal 2.

Following the success of the travel retail store format at other international airports, the brand decided to bring its business to the expansive retail area at the gateway’s iconic new terminal.

According to operator MIAL, the outlet is “perfectly located to allow passengers at the airport to browse while awaiting their flights”.

The store features a wide range of flip-flops, clogs, sandals, trainers and loafers, all crafted from the innovative material Croslite making them extremely lightweight and flexible and therefore ideal for packing into luggage at the last minute.

In addition to footwear, the store also houses clothing and accessories designed especially for travellers.

The Crocs store joins a growing number of retail additions in recent months that have included brands such as FirstCry, Superdry and Clarks.

Indeed, Terminal 2 now boasts over 150 retail outlets and has become home to more than 30 brands such as Adidas, Lacoste, Fossil and Delsey, in their debut ventures into travel retail.
