International travellers departing Brisbane can now enjoy Brooki Bakehouse’s cult-favourite cookies on the go, with the viral social media sensation unveiling the world’s first Brooki Bakehouse cookie vending machine, at Brisbane Airport.

The new Brisbane outpost will give travellers 24/7 access to the signature chunky cookies, with each cookie freshly baked, sealed for freshness and packaged for travel.

The vending machine will stock bestsellers such as Biscoff, Milk Choc Chip, Nutella, Red Velvet, NYC (choc chip walnut) and Salted Caramel, as well as rotating specials.

“Brooki Bakehouse has become a Brisbane icon, and we’re thrilled to showcase it to the world,” enthused company founder, Brook Bellamy.

“Being able to offer them to travellers at the International Terminal means visitors can get a true taste of Queensland and take a little piece of Brisbane wherever in the world they go.”

Executive general manager of commercial at Brisbane Airport, Scott Norris, said there was a strong appetite for local brands and flavours among travellers.

“Passengers love discovering local flavours and this new vending machine delivers a bite of Brisbane in a fun and convenient way. The internet’s favourite cookies are the perfect treat for long-haul flights, last-minute gifts or a sweet farewell,” he enthused.

The Brooki Bakehouse vending machine is now open at Brisbane Airport’s International Terminal in the departures hall.
